The characters are believable: Julie Keaton could be any widowed mother, striving to make a good life for her children and herself. Scott Landis sounds like the kind of man who would please any woman, and his daughter, Victoria, is adorable. This book has some spicy romance scenes, without being too graphic. The problem of getting it on with children in the house is relatable to all parents. There were poignant scenes, describing how Julie was widowed, and some intrigue tying that with Scott’s business. I especially enjoyed the humor in this story. My favorite part was when Julie went into the boardroom (but I won’t elaborate, for those who haven’t read this book yet).”
