Her arms and legs were covered with ugly bruises. She’d been shot through the heart with a nail gun. The blood-drenched body was nailed by her appendages and attached to the back of the closet. A swimsuit dangled from the nails impaled in her body, so she resembled a macabre store window display. A thin ribbon of blood oozed out of a small puncture wound from her jugular vein and cascaded down the side of her FACE in the shape of a snake.
